Marvel’s The Punisher
Netflix and Marvel are teaming up and they are not holding back on the action and darkness. Oh no, this superhero series has a sinister undertone with lead character Frank Castle (played by Jon Bernthal) going vigilante and being, well, quite a violent guy. The Punisher is set to take the superhero image to a whole new place.
She’s Gotta Have It
Award-winning director Spike Lee has turned his ground-breaking 1986 feature film into a ten-part series – all with a modern twist. The original film was shot in just 12 days on a minuscule budget and was a roaring success. Following the journey of struggling Brooklyn artist Nola Darling, this is a TV series you never knew you needed.
