Once the assessment is complete, your responses are analysed and you will receive a personalised report. The online test is £72 and takes three hours, and that includes a 30-minute phone or Skype interview with a qualified career advisor and unlimited access to the Morrisby careers website.

California-based Truity specialise in a variety of tests, including their Career Surveyor. For $29 (about £19), the 40-minute test asks 138 questions and reveals how you performed in six major interest areas, and lists careers that match your interests. The test also highlights your personality, and you’ll learn about how your that affects your success and satisfaction at work. Pretty nifty, eh?

Sonaku claim to have the world’s most advanced career test. It’s a bold statement to make, but considering they have analysed over 40 million answered career questions, they’re clearly one of the best. Take 35 minutes to answer questions in a free test that measure your fit against 500 careers. You can also discover what it’s like to be in a type of job by researching over 5,000 articles and videos.
