Three Sisters Bake 

Scottish sisters Nicola, Gillian and Linsey all decided to quit their desk jobs and launch their own cake shop. Five years later they now have two cafes, their own cookbook and even a wedding and catering service. You go girls!

Flora Shedden

No list would be complete without our GBBO fave – Flora! The St. Andrews’ student won our hearts in last years’ competition and rumour has it she is now finishing her very own recipe book. Hurry up Flora, we need to know how to make to this white chocolate and raspberry cake NOW!

Tantrum Donuts 

Iain Baillie has quite the CV. Former pastry chef at the Fat Duck, One Devonshire Gardens, Gleneagles Hotel and Ox and Finch (phew!) he and his wife Annika decided to launch Tantrum Doughnuts in Glasgow last year. Since then, they’ve been putting Krispy Kreme to shame with their handmade creations.

Mimi’s Bakehouse 

Mum Mimi runs the cake shop while daughter Gemma whips up delicious creations in the kitchen – talk about a dynamic duo!

James Morton 

And last but not least it’s our favourite bespectacled,  jumper waring Bake Off boy – James. As a medical student, he made the the nation swoon as he lovingly crafted tasty treats every week for Paul and Mary. Since then, he has graduated as a doctor from Glasgow University and released TWO guides to baking, Brilliant Bread and How Baking Works
